on the plane.
when i awoke,
my eyes tried to fight
and my body turned
as my face laid
bathed in the light
from a window shaped like infinity.
I could have sworn
I could feel you
beside me..
So I kept my thoughts on repeat,
until my dreams
turned my thoughts
into reality.
At least while I’m in my own mind
you’ll be here too

as I fall asleep
to the sound of the beauty of it all
